Can't log in
- •Double-check your email address for typos
- •Use the 'Forgot Password' link to reset
- •Check if Caps Lock is on
- •Try logging in from a different device
Forgot password
- •Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page
- •Enter your registered email address
- •Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the reset link
- •Reset link expires after 24 hours
Account locked
- •Wait 15 minutes and try again
- •Contact your center administrator
- •If you're an admin, contact Hablr support
Missing permissions
- •Contact your center administrator to check your role
- •Some features require coordinator or admin access
- •Log out and back in after permission changes
