Payment Tracking
Track the payment status of every job to ensure workers get paid. The payment tracker shows all jobs with their current payment status.
Payment Statuses
Paid
Payment received and confirmed by the center
Pending
Job completed, awaiting payment from employer
Overdue
Payment past expected date, requires follow-up
Recording Payments
When payment is received:
- •Find the job in the payment tracker
- •Click to mark as paid
- •Enter payment amount and date
- •Add notes if payment differs from expected
- •System notifies worker of payment confirmation
