User Management

Hablr supports three types of users. Each has different access levels and capabilities within the platform.

User Types

Staff & Coordinators

Manage center staff with role-based permissions. Admins have full access, coordinators can manage daily operations, and staff can view and assist.

Workers

View and edit worker profiles, update skills and availability, manage documents, and track work history.

Employers

Maintain employer contacts, view their job history, and manage their account status.

Common Tasks

  • Invite staff: Send email invitations to new coordinators or staff members
  • Edit permissions: Adjust role levels for existing staff
  • Deactivate accounts: Temporarily disable access without deleting data
  • Merge duplicates: Combine duplicate worker or employer records
