Connect your LinkedIn Company Page to post professional updates automatically.
Before You Start
- Your LinkedIn login (email and password)
- A LinkedIn Company Page for your organization
💡 Don't have a Company Page? Go to linkedin.com, click "Work" in the top menu, then "Create a Company Page"

Open LinkedIn Developers
Go to the website
https://www.linkedin.com/developers
Click Sign in in the top-right corner and enter your LinkedIn credentials.

Create Your App
- a. Click the blue Create app button
- b. Fill in the form:
| Box | What to Enter |
|---|---|
| App name | Your organization name (e.g., "Worker Center Marketing") |
| LinkedIn Page | Start typing your company name and select it |
| App logo | Upload any square image (your logo works great) |
- c. Check the box to agree to the terms
- d. Click Create app

Request Posting Permission
- a. Click the Products tab at the top of the page
- b. Find Share on LinkedIn in the list
- c. Click Request access
Heads up: LinkedIn might take 1-2 days to approve this. You'll get an email when it's ready. You can continue with the other steps while you wait.

Set Up the Redirect URL
- a. Click the Auth tab at the top
- b. Scroll down to Authorized redirect URLs for your app
- c. Click Add redirect URL (or the pencil icon)
- d. Enter this URL (replace YOUR-ORG with your site name):
https://YOUR-ORG.hablr.co/api/marketing/oauth/linkedin/callback
Click the checkmark or Update to save
Type this URL exactly as shown!

Get Your Client ID and Secret
Stay on the Auth tab. Find and copy these two things:

| Client ID | 📝 Copy this and save it somewhere safe |
| Client Secret | Click "Show" or the eye icon, then 📝 copy and save it |
✅ LinkedIn is done! Send your Client ID and Client Secret to your administrator.
